South Georgia Performing Arts was founded in 1998 by Alison Bundrick and serves as the official school for South Georgia Ballet.  SGPA is a regional school of dance designed to provide quality training and challenging performing opportunities necessary for the serious dancer.

The School of Dance has studios in four cities including Bainbridge, Cairo, Moultrie and Thomasville.  In addition to quality training programs, dancers also have the opportunity to perform throughout south Georgia and north Florida through School and Company performances.

Past SGPA spring performances have included Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland, The Wizard of Oz and Beauty and the Beast.  Under the direction of Alison Bundrick, Founder and Artistic Director, School dancers are given professional instruction and are exposed to classical repertory. SGPA & SGB are proud to offer regional and national instructors and choreographers including Suzanne Farrell, Jane Wood, Orialis Serrano, Kevin Martin, Nicolas Pacaña, and Pamela Robinson-Harris.

This Summer we will offer a variety of summer dance experiences for ages 3 & up.  Choose our Summer Brochure 2010 for Fairy Tale Dance Camp and Disney Spectacular Dance Camp, children ages 3-12.  For the more serious student click on Summer Intensive 2010, dancers age 8 & up
